The Macquarie Towns Hot Rod Club Inc (MTHRC) is a social club of like-minded enthusiasts. The club was established in 1981 to promote the construction, maintenance and operation of hot rods.
The club also endeavours to foster camaraderie, skill and sportsmanship amongst its members. Additionally, it also prides itself on encouraging members to participate in community activities.
The MTHRC is based at a clubhouse at Hawkesbury Showground, which is approximately 50km North West of Sydney. The majority of the club's members come from the ‘Macquarie Towns’ of Richmond, Castlereagh, Pitt Town, Wilberforce and Windsor.
The club meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month at the clubhouse. Meetings run from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, MTHRC Clubhouse, Gate 3 Hawkesbury Showground, Racecourse Road, Clarendon.”
